The following agreements between you and AndyGreen govern your use of AndyGreen.

If you agree to our terms of use and you want to use AndyGreen, please click on Agree. If you do not agree to these terms of use please click on Reject and do not use AndyGreen.

1. Registration and account overview
1. You agree to only establish one personal account with your profile. You do not give your account information to any third parties. If we have to terminate your account, you are not allowed to open another account without our permission.
2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account as well as for all activities that occur on or through your account. AndyGreen shall not be responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use or any security breach of your account.
3. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your registration data updated. You hereby authorize AndyGreen to use and process your given registration data in order to provide you with the account.
2. Safety
1. You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportional large load on the infrastructure of the site or AndyGreen’s systems or networks that could result in blocking the service. You agree not to upload any viruses or malicious codes.
2. You agree to access the service only by using the software provided by AndyGreen. Unauthorized access or accessing another user’s account with its registrated data or violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability.
3. You agree not to violate, circumvent, disassemble or otherwise tamper with any of the security technology for any reason. The usage rules may be controlled and monitored by AndyGreen for compliance purposes. AndyGreen reserves the right to enforce the usage rules without notice to you.
3. Terms of use of AndyGreen
1. AndyGreen permits you to obtain a license for digital content permanently however only under the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
2. Use of this service requires compatible devices and internet access. In addition, periodic updates may be necessary. For regular use, highspeed internet access or a WiFi is strongly recommended. Whenever possible you should work with the latest version of AndyGreen. This may be necessary for certain features and to download AndyGreen products. You agree that meeting these requirements, which may change from time to time, is your responsibility.
4. Availability of contents
1. AndyGreen reserves the right to change content options (including eligibility for particular features) without notice.
2. You will use AndyGreen products only in compliance with the applicable usage rules established by AndyGreen and its licensors. AndyGreen reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of the usage rules for future services at any time.
3. You will be informed of every change of the usage rules. If you do not agree with the new usage rules, you will not be able to get any further AndyGreen products in the future.
5. Usage rules and intellectual property
1. You are entitled to use AndyGreen products for private and commercial use. AndyGreen does not grant you any permission to use AndyGreen products for advertising purposes.
2. You agree that the service of AndyGreen products, graphics, user interfaces, editorial content as well as the scripts and software used to implement the service, contains proprietary information and material that is owned by AndyGreen and/or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright. You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever. You agree not to modify, rent, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on AndyGreen’s service in any manner.
3. AndyGreen and its licensors reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to any AndyGreen products, content or other materials at any time without notice. In no event will AndyGreen be liable for making these changes. The removal of contents from the service has no impact on products that you've already purchased from the service.
4. All copyrights in and to the AndyGreen service (including the compilation of content, postings, links to other internet resources, and descriptions of those resources) and related software are owned by AndyGreen and/or its licensors. Violating these copyrights may subject you to civil and criminal penalties, including possible monetary damages, for copyright infringement.
5. AndyGreen and other AndyGreen trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with the AndyGreen service are trademarks or registered trademarks of AndyGreen in Switzerland and/or other countries. You are granted no right or license with respect to any of the aforesaid trademarks and any use of such trademarks.
6. Contributions to the service
1. AndyGreen has the right but not the obligation to monitor any materials submitted by you. In case of violations AndyGreen can take any action that AndyGreen in its sole discretion deems appropriate, including termination of this agreement.
2. Certain AndyGreen products or services may include materials from third parties. AndyGreen may provide links to third-party websites as a convenience to you. You agree that AndyGreen is not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and AndyGreen does not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third parties.
7. Termination
1. If AndyGreen suspects that you have failed, to comply with any of the provisions of this agreement, AndyGreen, at its sole discretion, may terminate this agreement and/or your account by sending an email message to you.
2. AndyGreen shall provide the service with reasonable care. AndyGreen does not guarantee or warrant that your use of the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
3. AndyGreen reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the AndyGreen service (or any part or content thereof) at any time. AndyGreen will not be liable to you or to any third party should it exercise such rights. Such modifications and additional terms and conditions will be effective immediately and incorporated into this agreement. Your continued use of the AndyGreen service will be deemed acceptance thereof. If you do not agree to the modifications AndyGreen can terminate this agreement with you.
8. Miscellaneous
1. The AndyGreen service is operated by AndyGreen from its offices in Switzerland. You agree to comply with all local, state, federal, and national laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations that apply to your use of the AndyGreen service. This agreement and the use of the service is subject to Swiss Law.
2. AndyGreen reserves the right to take steps AndyGreen believes are reasonably necessary or appropriate to enforce and/or verify compliance with any part of this agreement. You agree that AndyGreen has the right, without liability to you, to disclose any registration data and/or account information to law enforcement authorities, government officials, and/or a third party, as AndyGreen believes is reasonably necessary or appropriate to enforce and/or verify compliance with any part of this agreement.
9. Privacy policy

Your privacy is important to AndyGreen. Therefore we have developed a privacy policy that covers how we collect, use, disclose, transfer and store your information. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our privacy practices:

1. Personal information is data that can be used to identify or contact a specific person.
2. You may be asked to provide your personal information anytime you are in contact with AndyGreen. AndyGreen and its affiliates may use this personal information consistent with this privacy policy.
3. When you create an AndyGreen account, purchase a product or participate in an online survey, we may collect a variety of personal information, including your name, mailing address, phone number and email address.

1. AndyGreen takes precautions (including administrative, technical and physical security measures) in order to protect your personal information from loss, theft and misuse as well as from unauthorized access, disclosure, changes and destruction.
2. To use AndyGreen’s services you must use an SSL-capable browser. Thereby the confidentiality of your personal information is guaranteed during transmission over the internet.
3. AndyGreen makes it easy for you to keep your personal information accurate, complete and up to date. We will retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy.
4. For other personal information we hold, we will provide you with access for any purpose including to request that we correct the data if it is inaccurate or delete the data if AndyGreen is not required to retain it by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may decline to process requests. Inquiry, correction or deletion requests can be made through email to support@andygreen.com.

Location-based services

To provide location-based services on AndyGreen products, AndyGreen and our partners and licensees may collect, use and share precise location data, including the real-time geographic location of your computer or device. This location data is collected anonymously in a form that does not personally identify you and is used by AndyGreen and our partners and licensees to provide and improve location-based products and services. Some location-based services offered by AndyGreen such as the "Map" feature, require your personal information for the feature to work.
